Heavy Duty  Self adjusting welding turning rollers for different length weldments
Welding rotator rotate the work piece by the friction in between. Self-adjusting welding rotator contains one drive unit and one idler unit. Within the specified barrel range, it can automatically adjust the opening of clamping to fit the particular work piece properly. The wheels on rotator is made of inner cone and out PU (polyurethane), which is durable and stable. AC variable frequency motor is adopted as drive device to drive two sets of gearboxes through a reducer and Schneider inverter to realize stepless speed change
and synchronization operation, to realize low noise and steady movement.
The Nima electrical box and Schneider electrical appliances are adopted to meet with CE or UL standard electric system, which is suitable for 50HZ/6PHZ 110-600V.
Taiwan made radio remote is used to control rotation directions and speed. A foot pedal is also adopted to operate forward/backward rotation.
